I wrote this web page because there are few things I enjoy more than the sound of a fretless bass, and I thought it would be a blast to share that passion with the world. Along with my passion, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge over my 15 + years of being a working fretless bassist that I have found lacking in both physical publication as well as on the internet. It is my hope that my fellow bassists out there will be able to find some information they can use in there own building and creative pursuit of tone groove and musical interaction, which I had to struggle through and figure out after years of frustration and mistakes!
